'CozyCraftMarket started with one goal in mind: delivering genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Salvador family in 1985, our small pizzeria has always been a family affair, keeping alive recipes passed from generation to generation.
Anna Smith, our progenitor, mastered the pizza craft during her Italian sojourns, training with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the cradle of pizza. Once back in the UK, her mission was to share the magic of true Italian pizza, sticking to traditional techniques and sourcing the best produce.
Our quaint 12-seat eatery has evolved into a treasured community spot, yet our allegiance to superior quality and genuine practices remains intact. Employing age-old wood-fired oven baking, daily-made fresh dough, and the finest ingredients is our tradition.
To this day, 'CozyCraftMarket' is still in the hands of its founding family, with the Salvadors’ second generation propelling our devoted crew. Although we've adopted new methods, our core focus continues: baking mouthwatering, true-to-roots pizzas that unite food lovers.
